This mixed media wall hanging is a satire of the catalogue raisonné, a monographic format that celebrates the life's work of a single artist. The piece brings together commemorative patches for a series of previous projects by Mark Clintberg (Frott ageIntermediário, and Build a wall make a hole) - including some never realized, such as a proposed legal name change to Mark August Klintberg. The substrate for the work is a fragment of a test sample from the Fruit and Flowers series of industrially woven blankets, which the artist exhibited at Pierre-François Ouellette art contemporain in 2019. It also contains references to upcoming projects, including a selection of Missoni fabrics that will be used in Clintberg's 2020 solo exhibition at Latitude 53.

Mark Clintberg is an artist who works in the field of art history. He is represented by Pierre François Ouellette art contemporain in Montreal, and is an Assistant Professor  at the Alberta University of the Arts. He was Shortlisted for the Sobey Art Award in 2013. Public and private collections across Canada and in the United States have acquired his work, including the National Gallery of Canada, the Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec, the Bank of Montreal Corporate Art Collection, TD Corporate Art Collection, the Edmonton Arts Council, and the Alberta Foundation for the Arts.
